Boese Bros Brewpub

"Pretty good food, so so beer."

"Traveling through town we were staying near the NE Heights location and found this place nearby where we were staying on line. We pulled up and the music outside was playing loudly and it was some weird rap music but we shrugged it off and went inside. It was just as loud inside as outside. There was only one customer inside sitting at the bar when we also sat at the bar. We greeted them by saying hi and didn’t get a response back which seemed odd. I said hi to a big guy who was behind the bar he just shock his head and then at some point actually sat at the end of the bar near the kitchen and played on his phone the whole time. When a shorter guy came to take our order there was no hi or anything it was just what can I get you. We ordered our drinks and food and it wasn’t more than here’s your order in response when the food came. Between the staff seeming like they were just annoyed that we were there and the very odd rap music playing loudly the whole experience wasn’t great at all. I will say the food was decent though."

"For a small local brewery Boese Brewery is great! Low key, modern, good beer, great food (the green chili cheese burger is amazing), and an even better community."
