BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

"I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service my family & I received from Ruth at the BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse at The Block of Orange on Saturday, May 23. The restaurant was exceptionally busy due to the many graduation celebrations taking place that day. Despite the high-pressure environment and the clear influx of guests, Ruth handled everything with remarkable grace, professionalism, and kindness. She went truly above and beyond to ensure that our experience was positive, managing to remain attentive and upbeat even while the restaurant was operating at such a high capacity. It is rare to see someone maintain such a high standard of service during a peak rush, and her hard work made our visit memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you, Ruth, for your dedication and for providing such excellent care. You are a credit to the BJ’s team! PS ~ the girls LOVED their Shirley Temples & Pazooki !!"

"Absolutely great customer service from Joe main reason for coming back for sure👍 if you wanna have great food with the side of dad jokes this is your spot🙌"

"Considering we were a party of eight, we practically got seated right away. Our server was amazing. Our food came out promptly and we all enjoyed it. We had a lovely time."
