"They were running around like their head was cut off. They made me wait 35 minutes on an order that I ordered ahead of time to go. Really it was a lousy experience today"

"I came in as a single diner on a Sunday afternoon and asked to sit on the patio. There was already one other table seated there, but when I asked, I was told there was no one to pick up a patio seat and was shown to an inside table anyway. I ordered a simple sandwich and it took almost 40 minutes for it to show up. The sandwich was fine, but the french fries were clearly underdone and not salted. The drink was also fine and the service was okay, but the server kept asking what I wanted “for the table” - which was clearly just me. Kind of awkward."

"☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. We waited 32 minutes only to be told that because a party of 40 was arriving, we would need to leave before 7:30 PM. The only alternative offered was moving to another table and waiting an additional hour. Meanwhile, we watched multiple people walk in, put their names on the list, and get seated before us. To make matters worse, the hostess with the green hair was telling customers on the phone that reservations were not being accepted, yet the way this situation was handled made no sense. The entire experience felt disorganized, unfair, and unprofessional. We've visited many BJ's locations over the years and have never had an issue like this. This location is by far the worst experience we've had, and we will not be returning. This place doesn't deserve a star. Considering the poor customer service and lack of organization, it's no surprise their rating is dropping."
