"Very disappointing experience. We made a reservation 4 days in advance for Ethiopian food, but when we arrived, no one attended to us. After waiting 10 minutes, we had to go to the bar ourselves, where we were told only bar seating was available despite our reservation. We ordered 2 drinks, 1 appetizer, and 1 main dish, then waited over an hour with no food. When I finally asked, I was told that people who arrived after us had already been served. That is completely unacceptable. There was no coordination, no communication, and the service was very poor. Being charged for our drinks after waiting that long and having to leave without eating made the experience even worse. Really disappointing."
