"Visited last week with friends to celebrate a birthday. My friend, the birthday girl, had been raving about this place for months. She's a frequent customer of this location so it clearly meant a lot to her to be spending her birthday somewhere special. Halfway through the meal my friend pulled a hair from her food. When we flagged down the staff, we expected a standard, polite resolution. Instead, we were subjected to a surreal tag-team interrogation. The person who took the plate, our server, and the owner all took turns confronting us. It really felt they were insinuating we were just trying a score a free meal. It was incredibly embarrassing and frankly ruined my friend's birthday dinner. It felt like the management tried to bully and undermine us because we are young. While the food itself is good, it is certainly not worth sacrificing your self-respect for. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place to friends."

However, this place wasn't for me; it features a fusion style of cuisine tailored to suit foreign palates. I ordered the Hoi An-style Chicken Rice; while it looked delicious, they sprinkled chili powder over it—something my child was unable to eat. Culinary taste is, of course, a subjective matter; this is simply my own personal opinion."
