The kitchen made sure it wouldn’t forget. I’ve had beef jerky that was more tender. I’ve had Wi-Fi outages that were less painful. I asked for medium rare. Instead, I got a steak, a management meeting, and the shocking revelation that the person running the restaurant was about to become the chef halfway through my meal. One star because the plate successfully delivered the evidence to my table."
