"An awful experience. I have eaten at Applebee's across Ohio, and N.Y. State for years. However this Mayfield Road location in Ohio was AWFUL. None of the tables were bused. The order was incorrect and slow. The server I had could not even figure out how to produce my diner check. Even more outrageous was the desserts order. She gave me a big run down on all these selections. They required ice cream. Upon ordering one of the offerings she said they had no ice cream . Hence,,,it could not be served. Neither could the other three selections. THIS PLACE STINKS."
