"Our family visited for a Sunday dinner, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. We waited approximately 20 minutes to be seated and were asked multiple times if we were “okay to wait,” to which we consistently affirmed. Throughout this time, we couldn’t shake the feeling that our presence was unwelcome, perhaps due to our appearance. When our waitress finally approached, she remarked, “I’m getting ready to retire, and I am ready now!” which set a disheartening tone for the evening. We ordered the all-you-can-eat ribs, boneless chicken, and shrimp, but faced an additional 20-minute wait just to place our drink orders and initial food requests. The music was very loud and blaring, we could barely hear each other talk, this lead to more frustration and irritation. Upon receiving our meals, we discovered that half of the dishes were incorrect. Our 13-year-old daughter had to sit and watch as the rest of us ate for 20 minutes. To complicate matters, the waitress engaged in a debate with my husband regarding our order. I ordered a glass of wine, which sat at the bar for 15 minutes until my husband brought it over. Throughout our visit, we noticed the waitress leaving through a side door to smoke on at least four occasions, which was quite unprofessional. Additionally, much of the food was served cold, leading our youngest son to refuse to eat entirely. We received only one request for drink refills, and as the evening wore on, tensions rose within our family. Frustrated, my husband and I decided to leave, entrusting our 18-year-old son to settle the bill. In summary, the meal was not worth the cost; the food quality was subpar, and the service was lacking. We do not plan to return in the near future. Our recommendation: consider cooking at home to save money, or if dining out, choose a more reputable establishment. Wishing you the best! 🍀"

"Waiter was awful. Took 20 minutes to see us when half the restaurant was empty, and then the waitress took another 20 minutes to just get our drinks. The first thing out of the waitress mouth is she is so busy because of the $15.99all you can eat meal. When she takes her order, there are six of us. She only brings five of our Starting meals, and my 13 year-old daughter sits for 16 minutes with no food, finally get the attention of the Waitress, and all she can say is, I have to wait for the second batch of that all you can eat. I actually argue with her that my daughter hasn't even got the first batch Then she walks away without saying anything. Five minutes later, she brings out my daughter's food. The original food she brought was cold, and my wife ordered a glass of wine, and we saw it sit at the bar for 15 minutes by the waitress went outside two times to grab a smoke. I can go on and on this terrible experience, but the kicker was the waitress excuse to us was I'm getting ready to retire. I'm glad she had an excuse for how bad of Service that she performed, but from the get go, the hostess telling us it'll be a while to be Seated, I should have known then to leave. My wife and I actually walked out, and my four children With the oldest being 21 stayed to finish their terrible, and cold food."

"When we walked in, no one greeted us. There was no hostess. After a few minutes of waiting we decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. Bar attendant approched us and said we can’t seat ourselves, but there wasn’t anyone around, and that booth was reserved, but we didn’t see anyone else waiting. She checked with the hostess and came back and said, you can sit here but next time wait for a hostess. So we just got up and left. We will never go back again. Very rude people and service."
