"JJ was busy but still was great with customer service"
"The majority of the time I have gone in service has been horrible, but tonight was even worse. It took 20 minutes before Anybody came to get my order. I ordered a beer and told them I would be eating dinner. I was sitting in the bar area and it took half an hour for the bartender to even come out and then she ignored me. The manager came and brought me a beer and then the bartender passed by several times without even asking if I wanted to order any food. I asked her for my bill as I have had enough of waiting and she never came back. I spoke to the manager and he comped The beer.. Service has gotten worse, and I wasn’t the only one who had problems with the bartender. There were four other parties who were very frustrated with her. Needless to say it’ll be a very long time before I go back."
"Ordered a curbside pick up meal due to time restrictions and I parked in the designated spot and waited 20 minutes past my pick up time and got an email to give feedback on my order before I received my order. Ended up having to walk inside and ask for my order and still waited 10 minutes. Keep in mind this was around 8pm and they were not busy at the time I walked in."
